Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Alirajpur is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and impart the CBSE curricula. Admission to Vidyalaya is made at the class VI level through open test conducted at District level by CBSE.
 


Admissions:
Admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is made through the all India level selection test called Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).
 
Talented students are selected through this test conducted each year by CBSE and are given admission to VIth class in the school.
 
Seats are reserved for the children of rural areas. At least 75% of the seats of district are filled by candidates selected from rural areas and the remaining seats are filled from the district's urban areas.
