Hansraj Morarji Public School is a combined primary, junior and senior school in Mumbai that was founded in the year 1939 by the Bai Kabibai and Hansraj Morarji Trust. The school was earlier an all-boys school but has now adopted the convent status and has allowed admission of girls. The school prepares students for Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSC) held by the Mumbai Divisional Board of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
The school has two types of admission; Residential (only for boys) and Day Boarders. Staff children may, however be admitted as Day Scholars, if found fit and subject to the approval of the School Managing Committee.
Admission to Std I is made only on the basis of an interaction while students desiring admission to classes II to X have to appear for a written test and an interview. Syllabus for the Entrance examination is given in the prospectus.
A detachable application form is available in the school prospectus which can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 100/-.
