D.A.V Public school, Cantt Area, was founded in the year 1992. The school is recognized by the C.B.S.E. up to XII level and has more than 3400 students on roll at present. The School Management aims to provide a pragmatic, child-centered education with the motto of all round development related to the academic ingredients that nourishes the character of children.

Admission is done according to the availability of seats. The registration/enquiry form duly filled in, should be returned to the administration office. The registration does not guarantee admission.
