Billabong High International School (BHIS), Vadodara is a co-ed day school founded in the year 2006 and is managed by Kangaroo Kids Education Ltd (KKEL). The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and has 410 students from class I through XII and 21 faculty members.

The school shares a partnership with Billanook College, Australia for sharing of educational resources, student and staff exchange programmes between the two institutions and most importantly, to raise the bar for quality of education.
 



Admissions:

Admissions are taken on the first come first serve basis on the age eligibility criteria.

From grades 3 onwards, a competency level test is conducted to assess the child’s academic level.

For grades 3 and 4 the subject assessed are English, math and Social Studied.

For grade 5 tests for Hindi is also conducted.

The results of the tests are used to determine the level of support the school would offer to ensure the child’s smooth transition into the new environment.
 



Facilities:

The school campus houses a library, art room, sports room, science laboratory, gymnasium and dining hall besides computer room, talk room, meditation room, music room, resource room and teachers’ training room.
