Akal Academy is the First IB authorized school in Himachal Pradesh, set in the serene valley of Baru Sahib.  Akal Academy upholds the IB education philosophy and standards; at the same time adopts methodologies and advantages of traditional Indian Education System. It follows the IB-PYP curriculum for Grades Nursery to V.
 



Admissions:

Admission forms are available in school office and can also be obtained by post on request. Parents need to submit the filled up form along with supporting documents to the Admission Office.

The parents of eligible students are informed about the date and venue of written test. If qualified, the parents are informed about the time and venue of interview. Both parents and students are interviewed.

No written test or formal interview is required for admission to Nursery. Medical examination and hygiene check are compulsory.

If the above criteria are met, admission fee (non-refundable) and the first installment of tuition fee are required to be deposited.
 



Facilities:

Akal Academy boasts of a sprawling residential campus spanning over 200 acres, with the state-of-the-art facilities like Wi-Fi, a well stocked library, a fully quipped gymnasium and enough sports ground to nurture the mind and body of the young students. Practically all their daily needs are taken care by ARY-a super market. The facilities of a canteen, laundry and bakery exist on the campus to make life easy for the students.
