J&K Diploma Polytechnic Diploma Test is a paper-pen based entrance test directed by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BoPEE) for admission to full-time three year diploma programmes in all disciplines of engineering core branches, besides computer and information technology, occupational and secreterial management based disciplines offered at different government and privately managed polytechnic colleges in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. 
 
Eligibility for J&K Diploma Polytechnic Diploma Test 2020:-
 
• Must be a permanent resident of J&K state as defined in section 06 of the constituition of the J&K state. 
• Must have passed Secondary School Examination (Matriculation or equivalent examination) from a recognised statutory Board.
• Aspirants who have appeared in class 10 examination-2020 can also apply, but admit card to appear for the entrance test shall be issued on the submission of marks card of Class 10 examinations. 
• Must have obtained 40 percent marks in Class 10 in case of open merit and 37% marks in case of reserved category.
• Must have passed Science and Maths subjects in 10th class examination. 
• Shall have to secure atleast 30 percent marks in the J&K Diploma Polytechnic Diploma Test 2020.

History, Repeated experiments and obse rved frequency approach to probability focus is on empirical probability. Classical definition of probability, Simple problems on single event, not using setrotation.

J&K Diploma Polytechnic Diploma Test 2020 Paper Pattern:-
 
•The medium of test will be English only.
•There shall be only one paper in the entrance test having 180 Questions of one mark each for duration of 3.00 hours. The broader distribution of questions in different subjects shall be:-

-Chemistry - 40 
-Mathematics=70
 
  • The question paper shall be objective type containing multiple choice answers.
  • It contains several pages stapled together in one cover.
  • The questions are based on knowledge, understanding and application of the relevant subject that a student of 10th standard is expected to posses.
  • All questions are compulsory. 
  • There is 0.2 negative mark for every wrong answer.
