    SNDT Womens University Distance Education offers Master of Philosophy in Sociology course. It is a three semesters course and admissions opens in August every year. Any candidate who is holding MA degree from recognized university is eligible for this course. The university provides proper training to students which help them to develop communication skills.


    Admission:-     The course is open to all those who have M.A. degree with at least a second class in Sociology. Selection will be on the basis of the candidate's qualification, experience, publications and performance at the interview.

           
    Admissions will normally be made in August every year.


    Duration:-     The M.Phil course is a 3 semester course.
