Vidya Academy of Science and Technology is a privately financed engineering college in Kerala established in the year 2003. The college offers a degree in Bachelor of Technology courses in six branches of engineering and Masters in Computer Application.

The college was established and is administered by Vidya International Charitable Trust (VICT), a body formed by more than a thousand non-resident Keralites mostly based in the Arab States of the Persian Gulf.

The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and recognized by the Government of Kerala. It has also secured ISO 9001:2000 certification.
 


Admissions:

For admission to any of the engineering courses offered by the college candidates must pass in Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examination recognized equivalent there to with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology / Computer Science put together.

Admission is based on the list published by the Govt. Entrance Commission for the merit quota and as per the existing Government rules for Management quota.

Facilities:

The green campus has a sufficient parking a lot and a circular veranda in the centre of the college. There are separate buildings for the Commerce and Science department. The air conditioned library is well maintained and has books available in abundance. Wi-Fi connectivity is available within the campus.
