St. Francis College, Hyderabad is one of the oldest institutes for women in India established in the year 1968 by the congregation of the sisters of charity (Italy). The institute is located in the capital of Andhra Pradesh i.e. Hyderabad. St. Francis College for Women has been accredited with by 5 stars by NAAC and reaccredited by with grade A in the year 2006.

The college holds the distinction of being the premier college in Hyderabad to get autonomy from UGC.  Since past 44 years, the college has been imparting quality higher education. It has gained a wide recognition for its exceptional contribution to society by generating highly qualified professionals in different domains not only nationally but also internationally.

It is affiliated to the Osmania University and endows a wide variety of undergraduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Science such as B.A (Bachelor in Arts), B.com (Bachelor in Commerce), B.Sc (Bachelor in Science), Bachelor of Management Studies and many more.
