Sri Vani Institute of Management and Sciences is promoted in the Year 2008 by Sri Vani Educational Society with an aim to advance the profession of education, as broadly defined, through research, science and art of teaching. Affiliated with the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapur; the college offers full time MBA and MCA program to the students.

Candidate with aggregate marks of 50% (45% in case of reserved categories) are alone are eligible to take admission through APICET as per the latest AICTE Approval Process Handbook .

The qualifying Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
The candidates who are appearing for the final year degree examination shall also be eligible to appear for APICET.
