Smt. Kusumtai Wankhede Institute of Pharmacy was founded in the year 1982 and is run by Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Katol. It is recognized by Government of Maharashtra, Pharmacy Council of India, Directorate of Technical Education and All India Council for Technical Education.
The Institute aims to provide the students Self-Employments by starting their own Pharmacy, Chemist & Druggist shop, Moreover to offer the students an optimal learning environment to nurture personal and professional development in order to make him a competent, caring, and responsible Pharmacist.
The candidates, who are eligible for admission to Pharmacy Diploma Course shall submit their applications, Complete in all respect, along with attested copies of all necessary certificates so as to reach on or before the prescribed date.
Eligibility for Admission to First Year Diploma in Pharmacy, the candidate should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate, (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, or any other examination declared by the said Board to be equivalent there to, with and in (1) Physics, (2) Chemistry, (3) Biology or Mathematics, and (4) English.
