Sacred Heart Institute of Management and Technology (SHIMT), Sitapur is a self-financed institution of minority status and affiliated to the Gautam Buddh Technical University Lucknow, U.P.  It was established in 2001 to impart quality education and training to the students in the field of Management & Software Technology. It is managed and run by the religious society of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), Bijnor Province.
