RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT) is an engineering college located in Kolkata. It is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology. It was set up in the year 1999 by the Regional Computer Center, Calcutta, located at Jadavpur University with support from the National Informatics Center (NIC), Government of India and Department of Higher Education, Government of West Bengal under affiliation of the University of Kalyani.


Admissions:

Admission to the undergraduate B.Tech courses is done through the WBJEE Counseling, for which you need to appear for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) or JEE Mains.

There is 10% seat for management quota through which you can get direct admission.

Post graduate admissions are done on the basis of ranks in national entrance examinations.

The College offers well equipped and modern infrastructure to both, students as well as teaching staffs. It has spacious class rooms, conference halls with highly furnished interiors. The institute also has well maintained library that has a wide variety of books on different subjects for students. There is no hostel facility for boys and girls.
