R V College of Engineering Bangalore is a self financed technical institute established by the Rashtriya Shikshana Sanstha Trust (RSST) in 1964. The college has been ranked among the top engineering colleges in India. It is affiliated to Visvesaraya Technological University, Belgaum and is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). R V college of engineering is basically known for imparting excellent education to those students who aspire to become an engineer in different branches such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Industrial Engineering. The institute is also considered as one of the best schools for architecture as it also offers five years full time programs Bachelor in Architecture (B.Arch). After completing Graduation, students can also go for Master level degrees such as M.Tech, MCA and M.Arch. Admission to all these courses is done through different entrance exams like cet.

Facilities:

R V College of Engineering is nestled on the banks of Vrishabhavati River in Bangalore. The 53 acres campus is divided into numbers of buildings and each building has a separate department for undergraduate courses. The college has all the essential facilities that include hostels, Post office, canteen and a health center. The institute is closely situated to Kengeri Railway Station. There are four hostels on the campus with seperate facilities for boys and girls.
