The existence of Pravara Rural Institute of Dental Education can be traced back to 1989, when the need for imparting quality and proficient dental education was realized. Ever since its inception, the college has produced some highly qualified professionals in the field of dental sciences. The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and is recognized by the Dental Council of India. Moreover, it is approved by the Government of India.

Pravara Rural Institute of Dental Education boasts of five years full time degree course of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). The institute also stresses on the master level program of Dental sciences.


Admissions:

Admission Process :

Admission to all Undergraduate and postgraduate program will be on the basis of performance in the All India Entrance Test conducted by PIMS University.

Admissions to all courses offered by University is steered by Admission Committee consisting of experienced persons .

The Admission Committee is responsible for conduct of the entrance test, declaration of results and merit list, counseling and final admission to the courses.

The AICET (All India Entrance) is conducted at various places in India for selection of candidates for admission to various courses offered by the constituent colleges of PIMS University.
