Pillai HOC College of Architecture, established with an aim to be the first choice for enterprising students and to have a transformative impact on society by ensuring all apprentices obtain an opportunity for permanent Learning and Self-Improvement. Started in 2010, the college offers B Arch course and have been shortlisted twice for Reuben’s Trophy at National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA) which is awarded for the best academic work. The college has grant of intake of 80 students each year.

Following are the criteria for admission:
 
• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
•Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate, in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);
OR
• Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject;
• The candidate should have obtained Valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by the Council of Architecture; New Delhi.
