The institute offers a five years full time Bachelor of Architecture course which is approved by Council of Architecture. The course was started in the year 1992 and it has an intake capacity of 80 seats every year. The department conducts seminars and guest lectures by eminent architects and professionals during this five year of course.

Eligibility
Candidates eligible for this course must have NATA score of minimum 50% + HSC passed certificate from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with maths as a subject. -
