Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology (MSIT), is an engineering and management college located in Kolkata, India. It offers Bachelor degrees in five streams of Engineering and also conducts postgraduate programmes in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Application (MCA), and Master of Technology programs.

The college came into existence in the year 2001, is approved by AICTE and Directorate of Technical Education and affiliated with West Bengal University of Technology.
 


Admissions:

Students are admitted into undergraduate B.Tech course based on their performances in WBJEE or JEE. Admission into B.Tech course in MSIT is competitive and requires good rank in WBJEE or JEE.

Polytechnic students are admitted into B.Tech second-year first-semester directly, as lateral candidates, based on their scores in JELET examination. MBA students are admitted through Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
