Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management was founded in the year 2008 by Chinsurah Abacus Educational Society. It is Affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) and Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The College offers B.Tech Course in various streams like Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
 


Admissions:

Admission to any of the five streams of engineering offered is strictly based on guidance of West Bengal University of Technology. Admissions will be through the relevant Admission's Committee.

All candidates should have a valid rank in WBJEE / JEE through Joint Counseling with minimum qualification of 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination.

The Institute with buildings spread over acres of lush green pollution free environment, The college has Laboratories with modern equipments, well equipped library with books and journals and also provided with internet facilities, well planned and spacious workshop with machine, fitting, carpentry shops and a lot more is an integral part of the institute, Computer laboratories with one-to-one machine for students are all LAN connected.
