Mass College of Arts and Science is run by M.A.S. Subbaiah Chettiar Educational and Charitable Trust. The College is a Co-Educational Institution and aims to inculcate proper value systems such as brotherhood, social justice, dignity of labour and patriotism in students. College offers undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral programs to their students.

The applications forms for all the programmes shall be obtained from the college office, either in person or by post, by paying the prescribed fee. The application form may also be downloaded from the college website and submitted, either in person or by post, along with a DD for the prescribed cost of the application.
 
For MBA & MCA, Those who qualify in TANCET Exam as per the policy of Tamil Nadu Government may appear for MCA/MBA Counseling and can choose the institution through the counseling process.
 
For PG programmes, the filled-in application form, along with xerox copies of the following documents should be submitted within 10 days of the publication of the UG Examination results of the Bharathidasan University.

The Institute has modern infrastructure for the betterment of the students. Institute provides library with wide range of books and periodicals. It facilitates high speed internet facility with highly advanced computer in the computer centre. It also includes sports facility, cafeteria, auditorium, etc.

The placement cell functioning at the college sends invitation to the prospective company with required information on courses and students. Pre placement training is another major responsibility of training and placement cell in MASS College. Training programmes are offered for pre final year students. The main objective behind this initiative is to improve the nurture students according to the industry requirement.
