Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology (MBCET), is located in Trivandrum, Kerala that came into existence in the year 2002. The college is a part of the Mar Ivanios Vidyanagar Campus which has 17 educational institutes including primary, secondary and higher secondary schools, training institutes and arts college.

It is affiliated to University of Kearla and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It offers 4 years B.Tech course in Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering with the intake of 60 students per stream. Admissions:

For admission to the college candidate must pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized equivalent there to with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry / equivalent subjects put together or equivalent grade.

Candidates should qualify in the Engineering Entrance Exam, KEAM, conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Exams, Govt. of Kerala.

The College is located on a hillock in the Mar Ivanios Vidhyanagar, at Nalanchira on the side of the MC Road in the city of Thiruvanathapuram with an extent of about 130 acres of land.
