M.S. Ramaiah Medical college is located in Bangalore in Karnataka. It was founded in the year 1962 by a well known philanthropist Dr. M.S. Ramaiah. It is considered as one of the best medical institutes in the state of Karnataka. The institute is accredited with MCI (Medical Council off India).

Being affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, the institute offers excellent technical training to those students who want to enter in the field of medical. It offers four and a half years full time Under Graduate course of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery). with specializations in different branches such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrics & Electronics Engineering and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. The college also imparts two years full time program of Master of Engineering.


Admissions:

Admission Procedure :-

Results should be declared before the first week of June of the admission year.

Application forms are uploaded on the website, aspiring candidates must download the same and complete the form, attach all the relevant enclosures as given in the application form.

The candidate has to apply to the Principal or the Registrar of Academics or Department of physiotherapy with all the necessary enclosures.

Once the application is processed a merit list would be drawn up from the list of applicants and the candidate would be informed regarding their admission.

Application to the course does not guarantee the admission to the course.

Course fee has to be paid and the amount to be paid is decided by the board of trustees, which will be intimated to the candidates

Hostel and the mess fees are charged separately.

Candidates are required to pay the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences fee at the time of admission and the examination fee as and when applicable.

The Institute has highly qualified and experienced teachers with reputation in their areas of specialization. It has well equipped laboratories, sufficient books and periodicals in the library and fleet of buses for transportation. The college also offers separate hostel facility for boys and girls.
