K. L. E. Society’s College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 1979. It is a self-financing, Non-Autonomous and an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institution affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. 
The institution presently offers 9 Under Graduate, 6 Post Graduate, M. C. A.  and M.B.A. courses which are accredited by NBA, AICTE New Delhi having an intake of 640 at undergraduate and 243 at postgraduate level.
