East West Institute of Technology in Bangalore was established in the year 2001 by East West Group of Institutions (EWGI), which runs under the umbrella of Subramanya Educational Society. It is affiliated to the Visvesarya Technological University and is accredited to A.I.C.T.E. (Govt. of India).

East West Institute of Technology, Bangalore offers four years full time programs of Bachelor of Technology with special focus on several branches of engineering such as Industrial Bio-technology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.


Admissions:

A candidate who has passed the Q. E. with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects alongwith Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology as optiona l subjects with English as one of the languages ofstudy and obtained an aggregate minimum of 45% marks in the optional subjects in the Q. E. is eligiblefor courses. 40% of marks in Q. E. in case of SC, ST, Category-I and OBC Category candidates. Providedthat, the marks obtained by the candidate in Bio-Technology / Biology in the Q. E., will beconsidered in place of Chemistry, in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for required aggregatepercentage, only for the purpose of determination of eligibility

Applicants from India must send Rs 500/- Cheque / Demand Draft / Bank Draft along with application.
Applicants from outside India must send 15 USD Demand Draft / Bank Draft along with application.

It features well maintained campus that has high-quality science labs, books and computer library, Conference halls and contemporary class rooms. The computers lab has high speed internet connection. The class rooms have wireless LCD projectors that are permanently mounted.
