Established in the year 2003, The University Department of Computer Applications runs under the TilkaManjhi Bhagalpur University in the Computer Centre. MCA courses are running in the department approved by AICTE and affiliated to Govt. of Bihar. Over the years, the centre matured as nodal centre for spreading the computer training and education in the developing district of Bhagalpur.
