College of Engineering and Management, Kolaghat (CEMK) is an institute under the aegis of Vidyasagar Society for Integrated Learning (VSIL). Founded in the year 1998, College aims to enhance the employability of our students by imparting high quality technical and professional education with continuous improvement in monitoring of student’s performance as per the expectation of various stakeholders. It offers B Tech Program in various disciplines to their students.

A candidate shall have passed the qualifying examination with minimum of 50% marks (45% marks in case SC/ST/OBC category) of grand total.
 
It shall have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (Standard XII, 10+2 pattern) and Bachelor's degree with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects.

Campus facilities include an Administrative Building, College Buildings and buildings for Library, Computer Centre, Laboratories, Workshops, Staff Quarters, separate Hostels for boys and girls, play fields etc. It also includes spacious class rooms, well equipped state of the art laboratories, good Computer Centre with complete networking of the client machines through servers, a good air-conditioned library with Book Bank facility and sufficient stock of books and journals, a well equipped workshop, 10 Mbps internet connection with LAN/WiFi as well as a highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty are all conducive towards developing an atmosphere suitable for academic excellence.
