College of Architecture, IET Bhaddal, Ropar is an architectural institute in the state of Punjab that was founded in the year 2004. The college is known for equipping students with some contemporary skills and techniques that are often expected in today’s architectural world. It is run on the basis of no-profit-no loss. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University and has been accredited with A.I.C.T.E (Govt. of India).

 An architect plays an important role in giving the actual shape and touch to any city. Keeping this thing in mind, College of Architecture, IET Bhaddal, Ropar has designed a five years full time program in Architecture i.e. Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). During the course, the college helps students in recognizing their comfortable branches by offering specializations in Interior design and Construction Technology.


Admissions:

Admissions to two-third of the total sanctioned seats are made on the basis of merit attained in the Common Entrance Test conducted by PTU, Jalandhar. The remaining one-third seats are filled under the management quota, as guided by the rule prescribed by PTU, Jalandhar.
Eligibility for Engineering Courses

B.Tech Program :

All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination from a board recognized or established by central/state government through a legislation with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry· Biotechnology, Computer Science and Biology. Further as per AICTE guidelines/instructions the candidate should have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Admission to 2/3rd of total sanctioned seats will be on the basis of all India Rank of AIEEE conducted by CBSE and % age in qualifying examination. Remaining 1/3rd seats will be filled under management quota as per rules prescribed by Govt. of Punjab and PTU, Jalandhar. Admission under Fee Waiver Scheme will be as per AICTE.

College of Architecture, IET Bhaddal, Ropar is located Ropar district in Punjab. It is nestled large land that hosts numbers of buildings and blocks. It has well furnished class rooms, A.V room, computer labs and a central library that has a collection of thousand books on architect.
