Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) was founded in the year 1948, has its roots in the patriotic fervor of Dr. R. M. Alagappa Chettiar, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Dr. Shanthi Swarup Bhatnagar.

CECRI today is a proud family of 427 employees, 137 of whom are scientists. It represents the largest research establishment for electrochemistry in South Asia; Headquartered at Karaikudi. The ambience at CECRI is quite apt for R&D work. CECRI campus has unique bird life and is amply green and serene.
 


Admissions:

 Aspirants interested in taking admission in the college can enroll their name through online process. Online application form will be available on the official website of the college.

Admission to college will be done on the basis of valid scores of the entrance test conducted at national level or state level for engineering courses. College accepts scores of JEE Mains and TNPCEE. Along with the scores, you also have to submit the documents of the past qualification.

Final selection depends on the personal interview taken by the college.
