Adhiyamaan College of Engineering is one of the pioneer engineering institutes in the state of Tamil Nadu, which was established in the year 1987. The institute was set up by Adhiyamaan Educational Trust. Earlier, the college was affiliated to the University of Madras and later on, it was brought into affiliation to Anna University, Chennai
.   
Being one of the top and largest engineering colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, it offers a wide range of technical courses to those students who want to enter into the evergreen field of engineering. It offers 4 years full time Under Graduate courses in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrics & Electronics Engineering and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.


Admissions:

A Pass in B.E / B.Tech. or 4 years B.Pharm, B.Sc (Agri./ Forestry / Horticulture / Fishery) degree programme (or) Master's Degree in the relevant branch of Science / Arts which are prescribed and obtained 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) at the respective qualifying Examination as per current AICTE norms.
Not Eligible Courses

i) The M.Sc (2 years) Courses are not eligible for admission to M.E. (Computer Science )Course.

ii) Candidates admitted through lateral entry in degree courses are not eligible except B.E / B.Tech Degree.

iii) B.E / B.Tech. Degrees obtained through distance mode / Week end courses are not eligible.

iv) As per Proceedings No. COA / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch / MBA / MCA / ME / M.Tech. 21 / 2011 Dated: 20.5.2011 issued by the COMMITTEE TO OVERSEE THE ADMISSION MADE BY THE CONSORTIUM OF SELF FINANCING PROFESSIONAL ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGES.

The campus of Adhiyamaan College of Engineering encompasses a giant area of 250 acres of land. The institute is located in salubrious climate that gives the perfect environment for study. The college is well connected to three major railway stations i.e. Hosur, Jolarpet and Bangalore. The institute is well equipped with all the modern facilities.
