A.V Abdurahiman Haji Arts & Science College was established in the year 2006 by Salafiyya Association. It is one of the premier educational organizations for Muslims located in Kozhikode district in the state of Kerala. The institute is sustained and regulated by the Meppayur Salafiyya Association.

The institute is affiliated to University of Calicut and offers undergraduate degree courses in the field of Science and Commerce. The programmes that are offered by the college are Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Physics, and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Business Administration. The intake capacity of students in each course of Science is 24 seats, wherein Commerce are 40 seats and 24 seats for BBA.


Admissions:

Only University approved fee which includes Caution Deposit, PTA Fund and College Union fee will be collected. Caution deposit will be refunded by the end of the course. In addition to this each student has to pay the university union fee and university examination fee as fixed by the University.

Facilities:

The college offers well equipped and modern infrastructure to both, students as well as teaching staffs. It has spacious class rooms, conference halls with highly furnished interiors. The institute also has well maintained library that has a wide variety of books on different subjects for students. There is also separate hostel facility for boys and girls.
