A.M.E's Dental College and Hospital is one of the booming dental institutes in the state of Kerala that was established in the year 1991. The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. It is located near the district of Raichur in northern part of Karnataka.
The institute is known for not only its undergraduate degree course in dentistry i.e. BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) but also for Master programme and Post Graduate Diploma course in the same field.

 


Admissions:

No candidate will be admitted unless he/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete 17 years of age on 31st December of the year of his/her admission to first B.D.S

Candidates who have passed the two years Pre - University Examination of Pre - University Board of Karnataka with English and Physics Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects are eligible for admission to the fist year and

The candidate shall have obtained 50% marks in English & 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry , and Biology

Being one of the leading dental colleges in the state, the campus has various buildings that host a wide variety of departments such as Dentistry, Oral pathology, Orthodontics, Radiology, Pedodontics and etc. The institute also has their own dental hospital that provides separate clinical, non-clinical, para clinical departments apart from medical outpatient and indoor service. The campus also has separate hostel facility for boys and girls, which is located at a walk able distance from the institute.
