Admission Procedure:-
The selection for Admission of candidates to Medical Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma Programmes is done solely on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in the Qualifying Examinations, the Entrance Examination and Interview.

a) The entrance examination will be of under-graduate level covering all subjects taught and will contain 200 objective type questions with four responses (A, B, C, D) in English Medium. It will be common for both P.G. Degree and P.G. Diploma Programmes.

b) Each question will carry 0.5 mark. More than one answer indicated or illegible entry against a question will be deemed as incorrect response.

c) The Entrance Examination will be held on 10-02-2011 at 10.00 a.m. at Golden Jubilee Building Annexe, Annamalai University. Annamalainagar. Candidates are advised to be present 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

Eligibility:-
a) The candidates seeking admission to the Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma programmes should be citizens of India and have permanent Medical Registration Certificate.

b) They should possess MBBS degree from a College recognised for MBBS by MCI.

c) Only those who have completed the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship on or before 30-04-2011 are eligible for admission.Those who are undergoing Internship should produce a certificate from the Head of the Institution, that they are expected to complete the CRRI on or before 30.04.2011.

d) The duration of Post-Graduate degree programme is Three years and that of P.G. Diploma programmes is Two years.However, those who hold a relevant diploma are eligible for I year exemption in the degree programme.
