STEP 03: School Recommendation-
When an application is received, if it has not already been signed by the head of school, it is sent to the designated school for consideration.The signature of the head of school acts as a recommendation to the Board of the Graduate Research School and indicates that the detail of the application, including the supervisor(s), starting date and field of study, is acceptable to the school.
STEP 04: Approval. Offer and Enrollment-
All applications are considered in full by the Graduate Research and Scholarships Office.If you are successful, you will receive a detailed letter which clearly states the terms of enrolment and requirements for master's or PhD. This letter provides you with an authority to enrol and should be taken to the Graduate Research and Scholarships Office in Hackett Hall on the day you wish to start your course. You will be provided with an enrolment form which you will need to check and sign.

The University of Western Australia is one of the largest landowners in Perth due to government and private bequests and its infrastructure is constantly expanding. Known for its distinctive Romanesque Revival architecture this university is blessed with a scenic environment that is still preserved. UWA provides students and faculty alike with all the necessary facilities for study, stay, socialization.
Residential colleges and additional student residential buildings located close to the campus include University Hall, St George's College, St Catherine's College, Trinity Residential College and St Thomas More College. St Catherine's College also offers short stays for non-student visitors.
Libraries:- The university has six main subject libraries. Reid Library building, the largest library on campus with four publicly accessible levels. Four of the libraries such as the Reid Arts and Business Library, Law Library, Music Library and Science Library are located on the main campus, with the other two such as the Education, Fine Arts and Architecture (EDFAA) library and Medical and Dental Library being located within walking distance from the main campus.
