Founded in the year 1955, Udayachal High School is an English-medium school owned by the Godrej family. It is affiliated with the International School Award that is awarded to elite schools by the British Council. The school boasts strength of approximately 1246 students from Nursery through class X. Admissions:

Admission from Nursery to Std 1 is given to all children of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd employees and its subsidiaries, associates and affiliates. Only the first two children of employees will be granted admission.

Admission Forms are distributed in October / November, before the Diwali vacation. Duly filled forms are collected in December.
