Prakash Higher Secondary School, Ahmedabad was founded in the year 1971 by Late JC Shah and is a co-educational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school is managed by Prakash Trust and boasts approximately 1400 students from Kindergarten through class XII and 58 faculty members.

It prepares students for All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) at the end of Std X and All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (AISSCE) at the end of Std XII in both Science and Commerce streams.
