Modern Vidya Niketan (MVN) was founded in the year 1983 and is run by the MVN Society which also administers two K-12 schools and the MVN University. The school was founded by Gopal Sharma and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.
The school has strength of 2573 students and 104 staff members and runs academic courses up to class 12th. It aims to be recognized as a Centre of Excellence in the field of education by meeting the challenges of the present & the future.
