Founded in the year 1892, Loreto Convent is an English medium high school for girls, managed by the Shimla Loreto Educational Society. The school is a day school, affiliated to the CBSE Board, Delhi and has classes from Nursery to Class XII. School aims to give its pupils a sound moral education while devoting special attention to their spiritual, intellectual, social and physical development.

Admissions are taken in classes LKG, UKG, I and II. In any other classes admissions are done on availability of seats.
