Registration for admission must be made on the prescribed form issued along with the prospectus.
The registration form is valid only for a period of one month from the date of issue. The form is not transferable
Filled-in application forms for admission should reach the Principal within seven days from the date of issue
Securing and filling in the registration form does not guarantee admission. Admission will be considered only if seats/ vacancies are available.
All students seeking admission should enclose Photostat copies of :
1. The birth certificate
2.  Statement of marks of progress in class from the  previous school.
3.  Other certificates of co-curricular activities, if any.
4. In case of Roman Catholics, an identity declaration  from the parish priest along with the Baptism certificate should be enclosed.
5.. Two self addressed stamped envelopes of 14 x 9 cms size, along with the registration form
Registration forms which do not give the necessary information not be accepted.
Students seeking admission may required to sit for an entrance test in English, Mathematics & Science on a specified date. (Except for admission to Pre.K.G.)
Students provisionally selected will have to attend an interview along with both the parents or guardian on the date mentioned in the intimation card/ letter.
At the time of admission the following original certificates must be submitted :
1. Originals of the certificates mentioned in No. 5
2. Transfer certificate from the school last attended (TC and Mark list of students from outside the   State Should be countersigned by the inspecting officer of the area concerned.)
3.  Conduct certificate
4. Tow copies of latest passport size photograph, with the names of student written behind.
5.. Blood group (Certified by a doctor.)
Failure to submit one or more of the above mentioned certificates may result in forfeiting the admission.
If discrepancies are found in the certificates, admission will be cancelled from the date it has been discovered.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO XI std
A pass in std.X Examination or any other equivalent Examination recognized by the CBSE (such as ICSE). The candidate should satisfy all the conditions set by the CBSE Board. Foreign Nationals and candidates who have passed Std. X or equivalent Examination abroad must obtain eligibility certificate from the Director of CBSE Board before securing admission.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED :-
I. Original Certificates (with photo copies attested by a Gazetted Officer):
1. Class X or equivalent marks card
2. T.C. from School last attended
3. Conduct Certificate
4. Community Certificate (if applicable) SC/ ST
II . A recent photograph of the applicant with name, class group written at the back. Correctly and legibly filled in application should reach the School Office on or before the date announced by the Principal. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be published on the School notice board. These will be enrolled on payment of the fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Please note that admission is always subject to CBSE approval.
