Founded in the year 1981, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ashok Nagar is a centre of excellence in the field of secondary and senior secondary education. This institution produces holistic students with a strong feeling of National Integration and a unique sense of Indianness in them.
 
To begin with the strength was about 350 students. Present strength is 1964 students. School first housed in temporary huts now shifted to the present building in 1989 under the agency of CPWD.
 


Admissions:
Parents can collect the registration form from the school office itself.
 
Dully filled form along with the documents required must be submitted in the office before the last date of the submission given by the school.
 
Selection is decided depending on the seats available and the merit of the students.
