Kendriya Vidyalaya Hakimpet is one of the oldest Vidyalayas of the Hyderabad region. It was established on third July 1983 in the D M C area. It is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and aims to develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children.
