Kendriya Vidyalaya, Punjab Lines came into being on 1st July, 1963 and it can proudly speak of itself as it is one of those 20 KVs which were established during the very first year of the inception of KVs. It is a defence sector KV. 
 
It is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and have a common syllabus and curriculum of studies.
 


Admissions:
Parents can collect the registration form from the school office itself.
 
Dully filled form along with the documents required must be submitted in the office before the last date of the submission given by the school.
 
Selection is decided depending on the seats available and the merit of the students.
