Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Bangalore Rural was established in the year 1987 to provide free education to the talented students from various parts of Bangalore Rural District. It has today matured into a coveted centre of excellence among the 598 Navodaya Vidyalayas.This Vidyalaya is a precious jewel on the silk bowl of the country. It has come a long way from its humble beginning to its present glory.
 


Admissions:
The school academic session is from 1st April to 31st March. 
 
Admission to various classes will depend on the number of vacancies available which will be notified when such vacancies arise.
