Promoted in the year 1965, DBMS English School, Jamshedpur is a co-ed school affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. The school belongs to the Dakshina Bharatha Mahila Samaj, registered under the Registration of Society Act 1960. It boasts 3135 students, 125 faculty members, 25 staff and 35 sub staff members.
 



Admissions:

Admission depends on vacancies, performance in the entrance test and interview, age and the student's general suitability to the school.

Regarding Plus Two admission the selection committee's decision (based on the academic performance in Std.X school examinations and discipline record of the student) will be final.

Parents must not pressurize the Principal, Vice-principal and management members with request for admission in Plus Two.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
