D A V Public School provides world-class education system developing brighter intellectuals. The School came into existence in the year of 1991 and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE). It has narrowed the gap between teachers and students and enables that ideas flow from both sides.

Admission to the school is open to all boys and girls irrespective of their caste, creed, language, community, province or region etc. However, admission of students to each class is strictly based on merit. The school adheres to the first-come-first serve-principle.
A child must have completed 2 years and 6 months, 3 years and 6 months, 5 years and 6 months on the commencement of the academic year i. e. 1st June of the year for the admission to the Nursery, LKG, First Standard, respectively: and an additional year for every subsequent class there after Admissions are made on the basis of the performance of the students in the previous school and subsequent Discussion with the parents. The decision of the Managements is final in this respect.
