Bombay International School came into existence in the year 1962 by a group of parents who believed in education being a true learning process and not a structured way of imparting information.
The school was established with a unique vision and dynamic foresight. They tried to uphold the ideas and continue the tradition in which each child can express him / herself in multiple ways.
The school is equipped with the entire necessary infrastructure to support the academic learning in classrooms. In addition to it the BIS has a lunchroom in the school, which provides the students with lunch in the school. The school has library, labs and computer rooms. It also includes facilities for indoor physical activities such as yoga, physical education, and gymnastic. The school also provides the school children with transport facility by means of school buses that are owned by the school.
