Army Public School, Kolkata was started in the year 1994 under the aegis of the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) to answer the scholastic needs of the children of the Army personnel. This co-educational school is at present affiliated to C.B.S.E. and provides an all round development of the student's personality.



Admissions:

Army Public School caters primarily to the education of the children of Army personnel. The children of the serving Army personnel, coming on transfer to Kolkata will not be denied admission, subject to the stipulation laid down by the C.B.S.E. in classes XI to XII.

Students coming from other Army School with a valid academic record card and Transfer Certificate will not have to appear for Admission Test.

All other students will have to appear for an Admission Test.

All admission Notices will be displayed on the School Notice Board.

The School has good infrastructure like well ventilated classroom, scientific laboratories and a beautiful campus. Students can enjoy various sports activities in playground.
