Given below are the details on Netaji Subhash Open University BEd Special Education Admission 2021-23 with its notification, eligibility criteria and requirements.Netaji Subhash Open University Kolkata's School of Education (SDE) offers admission to B.Ed (Special Education) course through distance mode. Recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi this course focuses on specialization in any two school subjects along with specialization in a particular area of disability. The university conducts its own entrance test to B.Ed (SEDE) for admission to this B.Ed (Special Education) course . Interested and eligible candidates wishing to apply for Netaji Subhash Open University BEd Special Education are required to submit online application.
Eligibility criteria:- Candidates should have at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/PH) marks either in 3-years’ Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree of any recognized University.
Duration:- Two years
Specialization in any two School Subjects (SS-1 and SS-2): SS-1 Teaching of English / Bengali; SS-2 Teaching of Science / Mathematics / Social Studies.
Specialization in Disability Area: Mental Retardation (M.R.) / Hearing Impairment (H.I.)/ Visually Impairment (V.I)
Selection:- Candidates will be selected only on the basis of marks obtained in the Entrance Test.
Entrance Test Pattern:-
The Entrance Test will consist of a paper of 100 marks (200 MCQs with 0.50 marks in each and for wrong answer, there will be a deduction @ -0.125 marks).
