B.Ed course offered by Jadavpur university is of one year duration and focuses on understanding and inculcating the skill set required to be a teacher at secondary school. This course is designed on effective learning-cum-teaching process.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed at Jadavpur University:
Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university with minimum 50 percent marks. This shall not apply for persons appointed as teachers prior to the commencement of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) act.

Applications for Jadavpur University B.Ed Admission are to be made online through university website ie www.jaduniv.edu.in or http://admissionas.jdvu.ac.in. Candidates are required to complete application online. On successful application you will receive application number.
You are then required to login using your application number and date of birth and re-enter marks of academic degree obtained and teaching experience before the last date for original application.

Last Date of submission of application fees through SBI I-Collect System (using Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) is 25/05/2017. After payment through online please print the e-receipt for further reference.
Upload the fees deposit details within 28/5/2017 in the website. If any candidate do not upload the details within 28/5/2017, his/her application shall not be completed. Incomplete and/or incorrect application shall be liable to be cancelled.
