Instructions for filling the Online Application Form
Apply online at website: - http://shiatsmail.edu.in
1. Go through all the details in the Admission Procedure
2. Fill the Application Form duly
3. Submit the Online APPLICATION FORM by clicking "Submit" button, incase the page does not show up properly fill the form again and submit
4. After Submitting the Form you will be getting Online Application Form with Query Number and Query Code. This is the Confirmation that your Application Form has been successfully Submitted.
5. If you do not receive the Online Application Form with 'Query Number' and Query Code please submit the APPLICATION FORM again
6. Take the printout of Online Application Form and make the payment
Payment options:-
I Demand Draft: Make a Demand Draft in favor of The Registrar, SHIATS, Payable at Allahabad.
II Challan: Click on ONLINE FEE, enter your Query No. and Query Code, select PNB or AXIS Bank Challan. Take the printout of the Challan and deposit the amount in the respective Bank.
III Online SBI Collect : Open S.B.I. Web Site ( www.onlinesbi.com ) and Click on State Bank Collect, After accepting the term & conditions, Select State of Corporate/ Institution : Uttar Pradesh, Select Type of Corporate / Institution : Educational Institution and Click Go Select Educational Institution Name : SHIATS, Naini, Allahabad and Click Sumit, Select Payment Category : Online Application Form and Enter Query No, Name etc.. and Click Submit. Take a printout of successfully completed payment page with Reference No.
7. Affix a Photograph in the online form and fill payment Details. Mention your Query Number, Name and Contact Phone Number on the reverse page of the payment details. Send the online form along with payment details through registered post to The Registrar, Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh - 211007.
8. Your online Application Form will be accepted after receiving the completed form with payment. This would help us to generate Application Form Number and Admit Card for Entrance test
9. Get the Form Number on receipt of Query Number from official website.
10. You can print an ADMIT CARD on receipt of FORM NUMBER from official website.
11. Use the same photograph that you use whenever asked to.
12. Keep a record of all the numbers generated and details for your convenience.

SHIATS Entrance 2020 Pattern:-
All candidates for the admission to Undergraduate Programmes are required to attempt a total of 150 questions from
Undergraduate Booklet UG-1 or UG-2 as per their Qualifying Examination.
Details of Undergraduate Test Booklets:-
UG-1 (For the Subject Group Codes) PCM / PCB / PCMB / HBC group (Total No. of Questions -150)
i) Compulsory Section:-
General Aptitude - 60 questions
ii) Optional Section
Physics - 30 questions
Mathematics - 30 questions
Biology - 30 questions
Home Science - 30 questions
Chemistry - 30 questions
Note:-
1. Candidates of all the subject groups mentioned above are required to attempt the compulsory section (i)
2. From the optional section (ii) the candidates are required to attempt any Three Subjects as per their qualifying examination and subject group code filled in the admission form.
UG- 2 (For the Subject Group Codes) AGRI / ARTS / COM (Total No. of Questions-150)
i) Compulsory Section
General Aptitude - 60 questions
ii) Optional Section
Agriculture for AGRI - 90 questions or
Arts Subjects for ARTS - 90 questions or
Commerce Subjects for COM - 90 questions
Note :- Candidates of the above mentioned subject group codes are required to attempt the compulsory section (i) and any One from the optional section (ii) from Undergraduate Test booklet UG-2 as per their subject group code filled in the application form.

1. All candidates for PG programmes are required to attempt a total of 160 questions from PG Section of Postgraduate Booklet.
2. Candidates appearing for B. Ed. & M.Ed. programmes are required to attempt a total of 200 questions (i.e. 150 questions from PG Section and 40 questions from additional section; B.Ed. Section, M.Ed. Section as per their qualifying examination and choice filled in the application form.

Note:-
1. Entrance Test for all Undergraduate (UG) programmes will be conducted in both HINDI & ENGLISH languages.
2. Entrance Test for all Postgraduate (PG) programmes will be conducted in ENGLISH language only.
3. Negative Marking- For each wrong answer 1.0 mark will be deducted.
