Panjab University directs paper-pen based PU CET (BHMS) entrance test for admission to BHMS at Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Sector 26, Chandigarh. This entrance test serves as a screening test for BHMS admission in Panjab University. Admission to the course is made on under the criteria laid down by the Chandigarh Admission/Panjab University Chandigarh.
Eligibility for PU CET BHMS 2017:-
- Age:- Every candidate seeking admission should have attained the age of 17 years as on December 31, 2017.
- Nationality:- Only Indian citizens are eligible for admission except in the case of NRI quota seats
- Educational Qualification:- Passed 10+2 examination in April 2015 from a recognised board “Body”Council or any other examination recognised as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Panjab University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
•Candidates applying under Scheduled Caste Category are required to submit the certificate regarding their category in the prescribed form, which must be signed only by officers mentioned in the form. Signature of any other officer will not be accepted & such applicants will be rejected.
•Reservation of Physically Handicapped person has been provided for persons i.e. (1st preference to the candidates suffering from Locomotor disabilities of Lower Limbs between 50%-70%, 2nd preference will be given to the candidates suffering from Locomotor Disabilities of Lower Limbs between 40%-50%, in case no suitable candidate from 50%- 70% disability is available).
•Admission will be made under the criteria laid down by the Chandigarh Administration / Panjab University Chandigarh.
PU CET BHMS Registration and Application Form:-
Apply online at website:- http://cetug.puchd.ac.in
STEPS TO FOLLOW :
Register Online.
Note down your Login Id and Password (login details will be sent to your registered Email Id also).
Take print out of bank slip (bank slip can also be downloaded from account using login id and password).
Deposit fee using website generated bank slip at any SBI branch, minimum one day after printing of bank slip. [last date for submission of fee in any SBI branch.
Login again after 24 Hrs. of depositing fee and upload scanned passport size photograph, signature, fill other important information and Save and Confirm. (Once you confirm the form, you will not be allowed to change information in the form). [last date for completion of form.
Download your Admit Card.

•Paper- I Physics - 60 questions - 120 marks - 70 minutes
•Paper-II Chemistry - 60 questions - 120 marks - 70 minutes
•Paper- III Biology - 60 questions - 120 marks - 70 minutes
The medium of examination shall be ENGLISH only
